Jumpeople Corp. hereby presents to its registered users its Loyalty Program, commercially referred to as “Lucky Jumper” (hereinafter, the “Program”), conceived as a recognition and reward tool for customer loyalty. This Program is specifically designed to benefit individuals who have reached the legal age of majority, namely eighteen (18) years or older, possess a valid and active email address, and have successfully completed the registration process as Program members, hereinafter referred to as “Jumpers.”
Participation in this Program provides Jumpers with the opportunity to accumulate points referred to as “Jumps,” which represent units of non-monetary virtual value granted by Jumpeople Corp. as an incentive. These Jumps are obtained exclusively through the completion of eligible bookings of Jumpeople services (flights and accommodations).
Once earned under the criteria established in these Terms and Conditions, the Jumps are recorded in the member’s account and remain available for subsequent redemption for benefits, discounts, or specific rewards, in accordance with prevailing policies and always subject to availability, conditions of use, and any additional eligibility criteria that may be established by Jumpeople Corp.
It is important to emphasize that, by actively participating in the Program, the user expressly acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any future amendments that may be introduced in compliance with applicable regulations or for operational, strategic, or commercial reasons.
Participation in the Jumpeople Corp. Loyalty Program, hereinafter the “Program,” commercially referred to as “Lucky Jumper,” is strictly reserved for natural persons who meet the requirements established by the company, with the purpose of ensuring a safe, responsible, and legally compliant experience.
Only individuals who have reached the legal age of majority of eighteen (18) years at the time of registration may enroll in the Program. Jumpeople reserves the right to request documentary proof of the participant’s age at any time as a condition for maintaining active membership.
Only one member account per natural person is permitted. The use of multiple accounts by the same individual, as well as the creation of fraudulent or automated accounts, is strictly prohibited.
By registering in the Program, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the Program’s Terms and Conditions, as well as Jumpeople’s Privacy Policy. Such acceptance is an indispensable requirement for the validation of membership, and any participation without such consent shall lack legal validity. The member also agrees to comply with future updates to the terms, which shall be duly notified through official channels.
Participation in the Program may be subject to legal restrictions depending on the user’s country of residence. Accordingly, the Program shall not be valid or available in jurisdictions where its implementation, operation, or participation is wholly or partially prohibited by law. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their participation in the Program does not contravene any local legal provisions. Jumpeople Corp. reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Program for residents of certain regions where regulatory impediments or legal risks exist.
Only individuals with full legal capacity to contract and exercise rights and obligations may participate. Persons under interdiction, guardianship, trusteeship, or any other legal condition limiting their capacity to exercise valid acts under the law shall not be eligible. Non-compliance with any of these requirements may result in the temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of membership, as well as the forfeiture of all accumulated benefits.
The Jumpeople Corp. Loyalty Program is based on a reward system that allows registered users, as active members, to accumulate and utilize loyalty points referred to as “Jumps.” These points function as a symbolic, non-monetary recognition unit, aimed at incentivizing and rewarding user interaction, engagement, and loyalty with the platform, thereby fostering a continuous and enriching experience within the Jumpeople ecosystem.
The “Jumps” are non-transferable virtual units, not equivalent to legal tender, and without commercial value outside the internal environment of Jumpeople. Their accumulation, use, and expiration are regulated exclusively by Jumpeople Corp., which also reserves the right to introduce modifications with retroactive effect, including the authority to adjust the number of Jumps previously accumulated by each user, and their value or equivalence may be modified or readjusted at any time in accordance with commercial, promotional, or strategic considerations.
The standard conversion rate adopted by Jumpeople Corp. for the redemption of Jumps is as follows:
For everyone hundred (100) Jumps redeemed, the user will receive a discount equivalent to one United States Dollar (USD $1.00) applicable to future eligible bookings made through the official Jumpeople website.
If the transaction or redemption is carried out in a currency other than the U.S. Dollar, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of assignment or redemption shall apply, based on official rates. The Jumpeople Loyalty Program uses the U.S. Dollar as the base currency for conversion and value calculation.
This criterion applies generally and uniformly, except in cases where Jumpeople announces special promotions, temporary bonuses, or specific offers that involve different multipliers. Jumpeople reserves the right to modify said conversion rate without prior notice, particularly in the context of promotional strategies, structural adjustments to the Program, inflation, exchange rate variations, or other market considerations. However, any structural and permanent change to the standard conversion shall be duly communicated in advance through official channels.
Members may accumulate Jumps exclusively through the following activities deemed eligible. Jumpeople reserves the right to modify, suspend, or eliminate eligible activities for Jumps accumulation, as well as the applicable validation criteria, without prior notice:
- Booking of travel services: The effective and paid contracting of flights and accommodations through Jumpeople’s official website is the primary method for generating Jumps.
It is essential that bookings are both effectively paid for and consumed by the user in order for Jumps to be credited. Jumps accumulated through bookings will remain in “pending” status until confirmed, at least twenty-four (24) hours after the reserved service has been completed (i.e., after hotel check-out or flight arrival). This measure aims to protect the system against undue accumulation from bookings that are not completed or that are subsequently modified or canceled.
In the event of booking cancellation by the User, the Provider, or in cases where a dispute is resolved in favor of the User, the Jumps obtained from said transaction shall be automatically annulled and deducted from the User’s balance, without generating any right to compensation.
When a user redeems Jumps for a discount on a booking, the new Jumps accumulated from that transaction will be calculated solely on the net amount effectively paid, excluding the portion discounted through Jumps. This means the system rewards only the monetary portion paid through other methods (credit card, debit card, or authorized platforms), and not the total value of the booking.
The redemption of Jumps is one of the core benefits of the Program. The user may utilize accumulated points as partial discounts on future bookings, subject to the following conditions:
The minimum required balance to initiate redemption is five hundred (500) Jumps.
The maximum redemption allowed per transaction shall be five percent (5%) of the total booking value.
The user must pay at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the remaining booking value using other accepted payment methods.
Jumps are non-refundable in cash, non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be applied to taxes, government fees, service charges, surcharges, or any item not expressly covered by the Program.
Redemption may be carried out directly during the payment process, provided the above conditions are met. Jumpeople may, for technical or strategic reasons, modify redemption mechanisms.
If a user redeems Jumps on a booking and that booking is subsequently canceled within the authorized period and in accordance with applicable refund policies, the redeemed points shall be returned to the member’s account, provided the cancellation has been properly processed.
However, if the cancellation occurs due to a cause attributable to the user and in breach of the site’s Terms and Conditions, Jumpeople reserves the right not to reinstate the redeemed Jumps, without this giving rise to any compensation.
Each member may accumulate a maximum of twenty-five thousand (25,000) unredeemed Jumps. Once this threshold is reached, the system will automatically block the accumulation of additional points until the user redeems part or all of their balance, reducing it below the maximum limit. This policy seeks to prevent excessive accumulation and promote active and continuous use of the Program.
The Jumpeople Corp. Loyalty Program has been designed with a progressive and hierarchical structure that distinguishes and rewards members based on the total amount spent on bookings and the number of completed transactions within the platform. This structure materializes in three clearly defined membership levels, each granting differentiated benefits in terms of Jumps accumulation, access to exclusive promotions, and other privileges that enrich the user experience within the Jumpeople ecosystem.
The classification of each user into one of the Program levels is primarily determined by the accumulated value of confirmed and completed bookings and is automatically updated through internal algorithms that validate compliance with the established requirements for each category.
a) Starter Jumper
This is the initial level for all users registering in the Jumpeople Loyalty Program. No prior experience or booking history is required to be classified as a Starter Jumper. It corresponds to an annual spending between USD $500 and USD $1,499.
Jumps Accumulation:
Hotels: 0.5% of the net booking value.
Flights: 0.25% of the net booking value.
Jumps accumulation or discounts redeemable with Jumps do not apply to travel insurance, other contracted insurances, complementary services, or add-ons not included in the base service price. Likewise, airport fees, taxes, administrative charges, and any other non-commissionable items are excluded from accumulation.
b) Premium Jumper
Members who, within a twelve-month period, reach an accumulated annual spending between USD $1,500 and USD $4,999 in successfully completed bookings will automatically access this second level.
Jumps Accumulation:
Hotels: 0.75% of the net booking value.
Flights: 0.5% of the net booking value.
Jumps accumulation does not apply to travel insurance, other contracted insurances, complementary services, or add-ons not included in the base service price. Likewise, airport fees, taxes, administrative charges, and any other non-commissionable items are excluded from accumulation.
c) Expert Jumper
This is the highest recognition level within the Loyalty Program and is intended for users whose participation in the platform is constant, frequent, and of high value. It is achieved by reaching an accumulated annual spending exceeding USD $5,000 in successfully completed services, granting access to the following benefits:
Jumps Accumulation:
Hotels: 1% of the net booking value.
Flights: 0.75% of the net booking value.
Jumps accumulation does not apply to travel insurance, other contracted insurances, complementary services, or add-ons not included in the base service price. Likewise, airport fees, taxes, administrative charges, and any other non-commissionable items are excluded from accumulation.
Jumpeople periodically reviews each member’s activity to determine if they meet the minimum requirements to maintain, ascend, or descend levels. This evaluation is based on a combination of factors, including:
Accumulated spending on eligible services.
If twelve (12) months pass without bookings, prolonged inactivity shall be deemed to exist, and the user will automatically lose their membership level, being reassigned to the initial Program level.
Membership level changes are not actively notified by email or alerts. Instead, users may check their updated status directly in their profile on the platform or during the booking process, where—once logged in—the current level, the Jumps to be accumulated with the transaction, and the total available for redemption will be displayed.
Membership levels cannot be purchased directly or transferred between users. Ascension or demotion of levels is subject exclusively to the system’s automated criteria and may not be challenged except in cases of verified technical error.
Jumpeople reserves the right to modify classification criteria, associated benefits, or transfer limits at any time, and shall communicate such changes through the official channels established in the Program’s Terms and Conditions.
Jumpeople Corp. acknowledges that, in the dynamic and constantly evolving environment of e-commerce, loyalty programs must proactively adapt to technological, regulatory, commercial, and operational changes. Consequently, the company expressly reserves the right to modify, adjust, temporarily suspend, or permanently cancel, in whole or in part, the terms, conditions, benefits, accumulation mechanisms, conversion, redemption, and membership levels of this Loyalty Program, at any time and at its sole discretion.
This modification authority includes, but is not limited to:
Changes in the Jumps accumulation rate.
Adjustments in equivalence between local and international currency and awarded points.
Inclusion, removal, or modification of additional benefits.
Restructuring of membership levels or creation of new levels.
Establishment of new redemption rules, usage limits, or service restrictions.
Removal of services, activities, or participation channels that previously generated Jumps.
Updating of eligibility requirements or conditions of membership continuity.
Technological changes to the platform affecting the accumulation or usage mechanics of Jumps.
Variations due to force majeure, legislative changes, judicial orders, or regulatory requirements.
When the modifications are substantial or structural, directly affecting acquired rights, the Program’s operating mode, or access to its main benefits, Jumpeople commits to notifying users through one or more of the following official channels:
Direct notification via the email registered in the user’s account.
Prominent publication on the official Jumpeople website.
Communication through the user panel on the platform.
Announcements on Jumpeople Corp.’s official social media accounts.
Visible update in the Program’s Terms and Conditions section.
In the case of minor, technical, or interpretative modifications that do not substantially alter user rights or the Program’s essential purpose, Jumpeople may implement such changes immediately without prior notice, while committing to duly update the Program’s public documentation.
Continued use of the Program after the entry into force of any modification shall be deemed an express and voluntary acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If a user disagrees with the implemented changes, they may opt to unsubscribe from the Program at any time through the available contact channels, without entitlement to compensation, monetary conversion of accumulated Jumps, or any refund, given the non-monetary nature of said points.
If the user chooses not to accept the changes and wishes to close their account, they may delete their account through the settings panel. Once the account is deleted or participation suspended, any outstanding balance shall be deemed extinguished.
Jumpeople may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently cancel the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, without prior notice or justified cause. In such cases, users expressly waive any right to claims, actions, compensation, or restitution of any kind, including but not limited to the loss of Jumps, benefits, rewards, or accumulated membership levels. Continued participation in the Program or use of the platform after any modification, suspension, or cancellation shall constitute full and express acceptance of such changes by the user.
In the event of suspension or cancellation of the Program, Jumpeople shall notify its users through the official channels previously indicated. From the effective date of cancellation, all accumulated Jumps shall be automatically deemed expired and may not be redeemed or subsequently claimed.
Any modification to the Program may also include measures to protect the integrity of the loyalty system, such as the introduction of anti-fraud mechanisms, unusual usage verification algorithms, technical restrictions, or additional accumulation and redemption limits.
Any attempt at manipulation, impersonation, undue automation, use of false information, account duplication, or use of external systems to accumulate or redeem Jumps without meeting the requirements shall be considered a serious infringement. In such cases, Jumpeople reserves the right to:
Cancel all Jumps accumulated in the infringing account.
Suspend or permanently delete the implicated user account.
Initiate civil or criminal legal actions, as appropriate.
In case of disputes regarding the application of modifications, Jumpeople shall seek to resolve them through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, prioritizing dialogue, mediation, and good faith arbitration.
For legal purposes, the latest published version of the Program’s Terms and Conditions shall be deemed the only valid and enforceable one. The company recommends that users periodically review updated documents to remain informed of their rights and responsibilities.
These benefits, granted based on specific actions or significant events within the user’s journey as a Jumper, represent added value to the traditional reward system and are provided under clearly defined conditions, subject to availability and verification by the Jumpeople team.
To welcome new members and encourage their first effective interaction with the Program, Jumpeople grants each user who completes their first booking on the platform a special bonus of one hundred (100) Jumps. This bonus is awarded only once per account and is automatically credited after the transaction is validated, provided that no subsequent cancellation occurs.
This benefit does not apply if the booking is canceled or modified in such a way that it no longer qualifies as completed.
In cases of suspicious behavior or attempts to duplicate accounts in order to access this benefit multiple times, Jumpeople reserves the right to revoke the bonus and terminate the account involved.
As part of Jumpeople’s commitment to personalizing the user experience, all active members who maintain a verified history of Program usage will receive a birthday bonus of one hundred (100) Jumps, which will be automatically credited during the month corresponding to the date of birth registered in the user’s profile.
The Jumps granted under this condition will remain valid for three (3) months from the date of credit.
The benefit will only be activated if the user has made at least one valid booking within the previous 12 months.
Jumpeople reserves the right to request documentation to verify the date of birth in cases where inconsistencies are detected.
The Program includes a referral rewards system designed to promote the organic growth of the Jumper community. Each active member may invite third parties (family, friends, or contacts) to register on the platform using a personalized referral code or link.
For each friend referred who registers using such a code and completes a valid booking, the inviting member will receive a reward of one hundred (100) Jumps.
There is no monthly limit on referrals, although Jumpeople may establish reasonable limits to prevent abuse.
Fraudulent bookings, self-referrals, or duplicate registrations will not be recognized as valid and will result in the cancellation of any benefits obtained improperly.
For each approved publication in the Jumper Community —whether in the Gallery, Jump & Meet, or Reviews category— the user will receive fifty (50) Jumps.
All publications will be evaluated by Jumpeople, either automatically or manually, in order to verify the authenticity, relevance, and quality of the content before the corresponding Jumps are credited.
Duplicate, false, offensive, or rights-infringing publications will be removed and will not generate any reward. Additionally, such conduct may result in the temporary suspension of the user involved.
