The Jumper Community (hereinafter referred to as THE PLATFORM) is a social community offered by JUMPEOPLE CORP. (a company duly registered with the Public Registry of Panama in the Mercantile Section, under Folio No. 155744979, with its registered office in Panama City, Republic of Panama, specifically in Juan Díaz, Costa del Este, Financial Park Building, Tower 100, Floor 41 G), aimed at users of the jumpeople.com platform who wish to share travel experiences, recommendations, photographs, locations, personal reflections, and other types of user-generated content. This community aims to foster authentic interaction among travelers, create an enriching digital environment, and strengthen bonds among members with similar interests.
By allowing open user participation, the Jumper Community becomes a space for both personal and collective expression.
This document sets forth the specific Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Jumper Community. These terms complement, without replacing, the General Terms and Conditions of Jumpeople, as well as the Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions of the jumpeople.com website. Participation in the Jumper Community is subject to strict compliance with the provisions contained in this document, the acceptance of which is an indispensable requirement for the use of this functionality.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. reserves the right to update, modify, or delete these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, with immediate effect upon publication. Substantial changes will be notified through reasonable means, including, where appropriate, a visible notice on the platform and/or an email to registered users.
By using this functionality, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the content of this document, as well as any complementary rules that may be published by JUMPEOPLE CORP. to ensure proper use of the platform. If the user does not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, they must refrain from using the Jumper Community.
It is clarified that the Jumper Community is an independent functionality from the loyalty system or rewards program of the main platform. Participation in the community does not generate points, financial benefits, or rewards of any kind. The loyalty system currently only applies to flight and hotel bookings, and its specific conditions can be consulted in the corresponding section of the jumpeople.com website. Users must not assume that any participation in this community grants them additional rights beyond what is established in these Terms.
Participation in the Jumper Community is conditional upon the creation of a valid account on the platform. This account serves as the means by which the user may interact with other members, post content, comment, react, and access additional features offered by the platform. The account is personal, non-transferable, and must be linked to real data that allows its proper administration.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of the information registered by the user, nor for any damages arising from errors, omissions, or false information provided. In the event that the user enters incorrect, incomplete, false, or fraudulent information, JUMPEOPLE CORP. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account without prior notice, as well as to restrict access to the Platform temporarily or permanently, depending on the severity of the case.
The registration and use of the account are subject to these Community Terms and Conditions, as well as to the General Terms of Jumpeople, the Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions of the platform, all of which form an integral part of the legal framework governing the use of jumpeople.com.
In accordance with applicable regulations in each jurisdiction, registration in the Jumper Community is strictly reserved for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence, a mandatory requirement for having full legal capacity to enter into valid legal acts. By registering, the user declares, under oath and under their sole responsibility, that they meet this requirement. JUMPEOPLE CORP. will not assume any responsibility for accounts fraudulently created by minors or by persons lacking the necessary legal capacity to contract or use the platform’s services.
Users may register either through the main site jumpeople.com or directly from the digital environment of the Jumper Community. However, holding an active account on jumpeople.com automatically grants access to the Jumper Community, without the need for any additional or separate registration. During the registration process, whether on the main site or through the community interface, certain personal data will be requested, such as full name, valid email address, country of residence, and password.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. may establish additional requirements for identity verification or two-step authentication whenever deemed necessary to ensure user security and platform integrity. In specific cases, a copy of an identity document, photographs, or any other appropriate means may be requested to verify account ownership, particularly in situations involving complaints, disputes, or legal claims.
The custody of access credentials is the sole responsibility of the account holder. In the event of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or suspected security breach, the user must immediately notify the JUMPEOPLE CORP. support team via the contact form. Failure to provide such notification may result in administrative or legal consequences. Under no circumstances shall JUMPEOPLE CORP. be held liable for damages arising from unauthorized access to an account attributable to the user’s negligence or carelessness.
The Jumper Community is designed as a non-commercial expression tool for the user. Its use must be exclusively aimed at sharing personal content related to travel, discoveries, cultural anecdotes, and opinions, with the goal of enriching collective knowledge, supporting other members, and strengthening the digital community fabric around real experiences.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. expressly prohibits the use of this functionality for purely commercial, promotional, advertising, or political purposes.
Content must arise from authentic experiences, without intent to manipulate, alter, or misinform, and must respect the fundamental principles of the platform: truthfulness, respect, plurality, safety, diversity, and legality.
Users may share content in different formats, provided it aligns with the social and cultural purpose of the Community. Permitted content includes:
Photographs
Original travel stories, provided they do not violate the privacy of third parties or include unauthorized sensitive content.
Reviews, opinions, and recommendations about visited places, activities carried out, tourist establishments, means of transport, or gastronomic options, provided they stem from a real experience.
Cultural, social, or personal reflections related to the travel experience.
Meeting people while traveling and sharing plans to meet with other travelers.
Questions or constructive exchanges with other users about destinations, routes, or local customs.
Content published by users must be respectful, truthful, useful, and consistent with the values and objectives of the platform. Sharing false or misleading information, as well as using offensive, vulgar, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or hate-inciting language or images, is strictly prohibited. All publications must promote responsible, safe, and constructive communication within the community. Jumpeople Corp. is not responsible for the content of user posts on the platform, as it is part of the users’ experience.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. may establish reasonable technical limits to control the volume and frequency of interactions and reserves the right to intervene in posts, comments, or threads that deviate from the original purpose of the content or jeopardize the harmony of the digital space.
The user is fully responsible for the content they publish and for any legal, technical, or community consequences that may result from their actions within the Jumper Community. By publishing any content, the user acknowledges that:
They are the legitimate author of the material or hold all necessary rights for its distribution.
They are not violating any law, community standard, or third-party rights.
They are voluntarily contributing to the development of a positive community.
They accept that their participation may be moderated, edited, or deleted if it contravenes the established Terms and Conditions.
The user also understands that content published in the Jumper Community may be visible to other members and, in some cases, indexed by external search engines. Although JUMPEOPLE CORP. will make every effort to protect user privacy, it is not responsible for the persistence of posts on the internet if these were publicly shared and subsequently distributed by third parties.
If the user wishes to delete specific posts or their entire account, they may do so through the available tools, as indicated in the Privacy Policy and in the corresponding sections of this document.
User-generated content is defined as any publication made by a community member, whether in the form of text, image, illustration, comment, review, experience, guide, link, meme, graphic material, or any other format allowed by the available tools.
The content shared by users in the Jumper Community is and will remain the intellectual property of its author (Jumpeople CORP.), unless expressly stated otherwise.
The user accepts that any dispute arising from the ownership of the content will be their sole responsibility and will hold JUMPEOPLE CORP. harmless from any legal claims made by third parties.
By publishing content within the Jumper Community, the user automatically grants JUMPEOPLE CORP. and its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, free, irrevocable, worldwide, and indefinite license to use it within the social, editorial, and community purposes of the platform. This license does not transfer ownership of the content nor authorize its commercial exploitation outside the Jumper Community ecosystem without the express consent of the author, for the purposes of:
Storing and backing up content on physical or virtual servers, including backups.
Reproducing the content on the platform for technical operation, uploading, and display.
Publicly communicating it within the Jumpeople ecosystem, including newsletters, internal searches, community highlights, and bulletins.
Adapting the content to different formats, devices, or resolutions, while maintaining its conceptual integrity.
Translating it, if necessary, for informational purposes in other languages within the platform.
Promoting the content on official social media, corporate channels, or institutional pieces, always respecting attribution to the author.
The user understands that, although they retain ownership of their content, by making it public within the Jumper Community, they accept that:
Other members may view, react to, comment on, or share the content within the platform’s community environment.
Some content (especially that highlighted by the editorial team or highly rated by the community) may be promoted within Jumpeople and its related services.
Other users or third parties are not allowed to:
Download or redistribute the content outside the platform without authorization.
Use the content for commercial purposes without the author’s consent.
Alter, modify, or manipulate the content to discredit the author or the community.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. complies with international standards on digital rights protection and has adopted an internal procedure for notification and removal of allegedly infringing content.
If a person or entity believes that certain content violates their copyright, image, or privacy rights, they may contact us through the “Contact Us” tab at the bottom of the page. This request must include:
Exact link or detailed description of the reported content.
Identification of the complainant (name, email, ID document).
Proof of the infringed right (trademark registration, copyright certificate, denied consent, or another legal means validating ownership).
A signed statement declaring that the information provided is truthful and that responsibility is assumed for a malicious complaint.
Upon receiving the request, JUMPEOPLE CORP. may:
Provisionally remove the content while analyzing the case.
Notify the author user to allow them to exercise their right of reply.
Request additional evidence.
Resolve within a reasonable timeframe, prioritizing respect for fundamental rights.
Malicious, false, or abusive complaints may be sanctioned with account blocking or reporting to the authorities, if applicable.
The user may edit or delete their content at any time through their personal account, provided that:
No complaint is open regarding said content.
It has not been institutionally promoted by Jumpeople (e.g., published in newsletters).
It is not subject to a judicial preservation request.
Once deleted, the content may be immediately removed from the frontend, although certain technical copies (cache, backups, internal logs) may be temporarily retained for security, audit, or legal compliance purposes.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. reserves the right to preserve deleted content for legal reasons, when required by a court order, tax investigation, competent authority request, or legitimate interest in community protection.
If the content has been highlighted by JUMPEOPLE CORP. in official channels (e.g., newsletters, social media, or institutional publications), the user may request personal dissociation. This dissociation may consist, when technically feasible, of anonymizing the author, partially hiding the content, or replacing personal references.
However, retroactive deletion of material already publicly disseminated by the company cannot be demanded if such dissemination was legitimate at the time of publication, except by judicial or legal request. In any case, JUMPEOPLE CORP. undertakes to address dissociation requests in good faith, within reasonable technical, legal, and editorial limits.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. promotes free, spontaneous, and safe participation within the Jumper Community, guided by common ethical principles and clear, proportional, and transparent moderation mechanisms. All members must comply with the following basic rules of coexistence:
Mutual respect: Personal attacks, mockery, harassment, or offensive language towards other users or groups are prohibited.
Diversity and pluralism: Different opinions, diverse cultural backgrounds, and multiple identities and orientations must be respected.

Non-discrimination: Any content that promotes, incites, or reflects discriminatory attitudes will be removed and may entail sanctions depending on severity.
Digital responsibility: Each user is responsible for the content they publish and its legal, social, or community consequences.
The platform implements a mixed moderation system: automated, internal editorial, and community-based.

The platform allows users to interact openly through comments, replies, mentions, reactions, collaborative posts, and other digital participation mechanisms.
Users must refrain from using these spaces to spread messages that:
Promote contempt, mockery, or intentional provocation towards other users.
Use offensive, obscene, or vulgar language, even if not containing direct insults.
Make excessive use of capital letters (which may be interpreted as “digital shouting”).
Employ emojis or stickers abusively or sarcastically to harass or humiliate.
Advertise products, services, accounts, or links without express authorization.
Promote rumors, conspiracy theories, discriminatory speech, or misleading content disguised as humor, irony, or sarcasm.
Repeatedly disrupt the flow of a conversation through “trolling” or irrelevant interruptions.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. reserves the right to hide, moderate, or delete any comment that violates these rules, as well as to temporarily or permanently limit the use of public spaces for users who commit serious or repeated violations.
Private Messaging Principles:
Messages may be sent to users, and following another user shall be understood as consent.
It is prohibited to use messaging to harass, threaten, emotionally manipulate, or extort other users.
Complaints about misuse of messaging will be treated confidentially, leading to history review and disciplinary sanctions. To report such cases, contact us through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of the page.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. does not proactively access or monitor private conversations but may audit specific messages when a duly substantiated complaint exists, always under proportionality and necessity criteria.
Prohibited Abusive Practices:
Use of bots, scripts, or automated posting, reactions, or comments.
Mass or systematic sending of unsolicited messages (spam), either publicly or via direct messaging.
Creation of fake, duplicate, or impersonated accounts to deceive, evade sanctions, manipulate trends, or inflate metrics.
Use of “artificial engagement” strategies, such as coordinated groups to manipulate content ranking, mass following without real interest, or like-for-like exchanges.
Use of the platform for covert advertising, user recruitment for pyramid schemes, or misleading links with unauthorized commercial purposes.
Such actions may result in automatic suspension by the system, without prior warning, and may be reported to authorities if evidence of cybercrime or digital fraud exists.
User Obligations:
Treat others with dignity and courtesy, even in disagreement.
Respect everyone’s right to participate—or not—in discussions.
Do not pressure others to disclose personal data, share sensitive content, or take sides in conflicts.
Refrain from publicly harassing sanctioned, muted, or reported users.
Be mindful of the emotional impact of one’s words and the social environment.
Understand that humor, double meanings, or irony may be misinterpreted online, and intention does not always justify impact.
While avatars are permitted in the Jumper Community, this does not exempt users from responsibility for their behavior, nor authorize the creation of fictitious personas to evade rules.
Users commit to:
Not assume another’s identity (real, institutional, or public figure).
Not falsify connections with organizations, brands, or verified entities.
Not feign anonymity to harass or harm others, even if not revealing their identity.
The user expressly agrees that:
Everything they publish, share, or receive on Jumper Community is done at their own discretion and risk, with no liability whatsoever for JUMPEOPLE CORP.
They are solely responsible for the legal, civil, commercial, or reputational consequences arising from their actions, expressions, or publications.
The platform does not guarantee truthfulness, nor does it provide endorsement or validation of any community-generated content.

They must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JUMPEOPLE CORP. against any third-party claims arising from their use of the platform, including legal costs, fees, sanctions, or damages.
JUMPEOPLE shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:
Acts of third parties, such as external service providers, volunteer moderators, connected social networks, or authentication platforms.
Any damages resulting from viruses, cyberattacks, bugs, technical failures, network errors, connection problems, browser incompatibilities, or system interruptions.
Changes, modifications, suspensions, or removal of features or sections of the platform.

Cooperate with judicial or administrative authorities, national or foreign, without such cooperation implying liability or admission of guilt.
Share the minimum necessary data to investigate possible crimes, in accordance with Law 81 of 2019, the Panamanian Criminal Code, and applicable international treaties.
The use of the platform does not create between the user and JUMPEOPLE:
Any additional contractual, employment, partnership, representation, or agency relationship.
Any obligation of active monitoring, personalized supervision, or guarantee of response to all reports.
Any duty of result, except those expressly provided in these Terms.
JUMPEOPLE CORP. is fully released from any liability related to the use of Jumper Community, acting solely as a neutral technological intermediary, without direct involvement in user content, behavior, or decisions.
It is clarified that any legal action filed outside Panamanian territory shall be considered invalid and unenforceable, releasing JUMPEOPLE CORP. from any obligation to respond, appear, or submit to such action. The platform reserves the right to assert all procedural defenses for dismissal, including recovery of costs and expenses from improper or abusive proceedings.
The official language of this contract is Spanish, which constitutes the authentic and binding version. Any translation into other languages is for informational purposes only and cannot be invoked for interpretation, modification, or repeal of the terms herein. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version shall always prevail.
If any provision of this clause or the general contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In the event of partial nullity, the parties agree to replace the affected provision with another that best reflects the original intent, ensuring legal continuity.
In sum, the user acknowledges that the use of the platform is voluntary and under their sole responsibility, and that any dispute shall preferably be resolved through adequate, private, confidential, and neutral out-of-court mechanisms. Should a conflict arise, the user and JUMPEOPLE CORP. agree to attempt resolution through private digital mediation administered by the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, in accordance with its rules, before resorting to judicial proceedings. Only if no agreement is reached may the parties turn to the ordinary courts of the Republic of Panama.
