JUMPEOPLE CORP. may establish additional identity verification or two-step authentication requirements when deemed necessary to ensure user security and platform integrity. The custody of access credentials is the exclusive responsibility of the account holder. In case of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or suspicion of security breach, the user must immediately notify the JUMPEOPLE CORP. support team via the contact form (insert contact form link of jumpeople.com). Failure to provide such notification may result in administrative or legal consequences. Under no circumstances shall JUMPEOPLE CORP. be liable for damages resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to user negligence or carelessness.
